Mohamed Latib, Ph.D.

Executive Vice President for PeriscopeIQ, Pennsylvania. He was formerly the Dean of the School of Business and Center for Lifelong Learning at Gwynedd-Mercy College. Prior to that he was Vice President of Program and Strategic Development and MBA Director at DeSales University for more than ten years. While at DeSales, he led the University’s international initiatives, building programs in Romania and Peru and developing alliances in India, Italy, Germany, Argentina, Peru and Romania. He has led numerous global study tours helping students to develop an understanding of the larger world through intercultural and immersion engagement. He has been the recipient of over $600,000 in Business in International Education grants from the US Department of Education and the PA Department of Education to advance global competence and understanding. At DeSales he created the Marketing Department, the Instructional Technology Department, oversaw two campuses, and received over $4 million in grants to support workforce development.

Dr. Latib has been invited by many organizations, including the Club of Rome, The Romanian Banking Institute, Rotary Club of Calcutta, Buenos Aires Chamber of Commerce, to speak on the management, education and development of employees for the future. He has also served as a consultant to many Fortune 500 companies and other organizations, and he has over 30 years of senior executive development experience. The author of many articles and professional papers, Dr. Latib, holds an MBA and a Ph.D in Business Administration from the Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University, as well as degrees in psychology, political science and economics. He is a member of several professional associations and serves on several boards. In July 2009, he was elected President of the International Management Development Association.
