Face-to-face Course

The course aims to explore the interconnections between sports, language, and society, highlighting how sports function as a cultural institution, how language is used in sports, and how societal values are reflected and shaped by sporting practices. Particular emphasis will be placed  on the relationship between sports, race and international relations from a diachronic perspective.
