Face-to-face Course

The course is designed to provide a clear and organized view of two key management areas: Operations Management and Project Management. 

  • Operations Management involves the oversight of the processes that produce goods and services. This includes everything from supply chain management, quality control, production planning, to inventory management.
  • Project Management, deals with the planning, execution, and closure of projects, emphasizing aspects like resource management, time management, cost control, and risk management.
