Face-to-face Course
The course (8-10 hours) will explore how historical events, business practices, and management strategies have shaped contemporary business environments, using case studies from various industries. By examining real-world examples, students will gain insights into how historical perspectives can inform decision-making, innovation, and leadership in today's business landscape.
By the end of the course, students will be able to critically analyze historical case studies and apply the lessons learned to modern business challenges. They will develop the ability to connect historical contexts with strategic decision-making, fostering a deeper understanding of how past events can influence management and leadership practices and styles.
