Course Description:
COVID-19 just accelerated an ongoing trend to shift communication between professionals to digital formats. Remote work, video conferencing and collaborative tools just became the normal way of working.
To be prepared to work and lead in this new environment it is necessary to master Digital Communication, understanding what, how and when to use it. This is an essential skill for any professional that wants to be successful. 

Course Topics:

  • Creating human digital communication.
  • Working around the limitations of written communication (email, chat).
  • Tips and tricks of multimedia communication (online videos, meetings).
  • Social media communication and storytelling.

Structure of classes:
It will follow a synchronous and asynchronous model:

  • February 22 (Monday) - Asynchronous and synchronous class from 12:00 to 14:00 (RO Time).
  • February 23 (Tuesday) - Asynchronous.
  • February 24 (Wednesday) -  Asynchronous.
  • February 25 (Thursday) - Asynchronous and synchronous class from 12:00 to 14:00 (RO Time).

Synchronous classes:
This type of classes will be devoted to:

  • Subject introduction.
  • Preparation for exercises.
  • Debate.
  • Exercises feedback.

Asynchronous classes:
This type of classes will be devoted to:

  • Content presentation.
  • Exercises feedback.

Content format:
Most of the content delivered in asynchronous mode will be composed by short videos.

Class size:
In order to maintain the course quality each course should not surpass 30 students.
