Face-to-face Course
An overview of the key strategic issues companies face when expanding or operating across borders—such as market entry strategies, competitive positioning, and institutional and cultural adaptation. Special emphasis will be placed on the partner country decision-making process, including the criteria used to evaluate potential markets, such as political risk, economic stability, legal environment, trade accessibility, and compatibility with the firm's strategic goals. Real-world examples from both developed and emerging economies will be used to illustrate these decisions in practice.
