Face-to-face Course

This course provides an accessible introduction to the core concepts of smart destinations and smart tourism technologies. Students will explore how basic digital tools, mobile solutions, and open data enhance visitor experiences and improve city management. The sessions will focus on practical examples and European best practices, examining past winners and shortlisted cities of the European Capital of Smart Tourism initiatives.
