Course Description:
COVID-19 just accelerated an ongoing trend to shift communication between professionals to digital formats. Remote work, video conferencing and collaborative tools just became the normal way of working.
To be prepared to work and lead in this new environment it is necessary to master Digital Communication, understanding what, how and when to use it. This is an essential skill for any professional that wants to be successful.
Course Topics:
- Creating human digital communication.
- Working around the limitations of written communication (email, chat).
- Tips and tricks of multimedia communication (online videos, meetings).
- Social media communication and storytelling.
Structure of classes:
It will follow a synchronous and asynchronous model:
- Monday - Asynchronous and synchronous class of 2 hours.
- Tuesday - Asynchronous.
- Wednesday - Asynchronous and synchronous class of 2 hours.
- Thursday - Asynchronous.
- Friday - Asynchronous and synchronous class of 2 hours.
Synchronous classes:
These type of classes will be devoted to:
- Subject introduction.
- Preparation for exercises.
- Debate.
- Exercises feedback.

- Content presentation.
