Face-to-face Course

This course explores how organizations can strategically create, deliver, and capture value in a rapidly evolving business landscape. Anchored in the 3-Step Value Model, students will explore how business and brands evolve from Core Value (optimizing their existing market position), to Extended Value (innovating through new products, experiences, and partnerships), and ultimately to Radical Value (redefining categories and influencing cultural change).
Students will analyze how leading companies design business models that balance purpose and profit, develop new sources of differentiation, and sustain long-term competitive advantage. The course enables participants to master the art of aligning value creation with effective value capture—turning insight into impact and innovation into growth.
