Dr. Niteesh Kumar Upadhyay  has done his Ph.D and LLM from The WB National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata. He has presented papers at various national and international level seminars and conferences. Along with this, he has also conducted several workshops on Human Rights, Gender Rights etc. His numerous works have also been published at various journals and he has 24 publication to his credit. He is the founder of knowledgesteez.com and has mentored several other endeavors. He is a part of the Editorial Boards of different journals of Legal Research and Study like Journal of Comprehensive Legal Research, West Minster Law Review , Youth Policy Journal (U.K), International Journal of Digital Law of Lomonosova Moscow State University, Russia and Brazilian Journal of Alternative Dispute Resolution, Brazil etc . He received various scholarships in past including GAJE Turkey, ILEC New York, HAGUE Academy Netherlands, Gaje Mexico, Gaje Indonesia , Xiamen China , Rene Cassin France , Pro Bono Honkong etc. In year 2015 he was awarded with title of social change maker 2015, Young Humanitarian Award  in year 2017 , Youth for Human Rights Award in year 2017. He has also delivered  lectures on various institution of international repute including Regensburg University Germany , Xiamen University China , Daffodil University Bangladesh , South Ural State University Russia , American Romania, University etc .
