Ivo dos Santos Soares is Doctor of Philosophy in Management, with Human Resources academic background. Certified Training Manager by Tarrant County College. Certified Gender Advisor by University of Lisbon. Human Capital Manager with strong discipline, organization, and entrepreneur mindset. Marine Officer awarded with the Navy Cross. Research interests focus on competencies management and innovative HR practices, and teaches courses on general management, state theory, training and development, competencies analysis and management.
