Cynthia Montaudon Tomas, Ph.D.
Cynthia Montaudon is a full-time professor and consultant at the Business School at UPAEP in Puebla, Mexico. She has held numerous positions in public and private Higher Education Institutions in Mexico and abroad and is head of the Observatory on Competitiveness and New Ways of Working. She holds a post-doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Regent University in Virginia, a Ph.D. in Business from the University of Lincoln, UK, and a Ph.D. in Strategic Planning from UPAEP. She also holds an MBA from the Tec de Monterrey, a Master in Quality Engineering from the Universidad Iberoamericana, and a Master in Communication Sciences from the Jean Moulin, Lyon III University in Lyon, France.
