Ruairi Walsh

Ruairi Walsh, MBA, is originally from in Ireland. He holds a Master's in Business Administration (MBA - Honors) from the Institute of Technology, Tralee, Co. Kerry, Ireland. He is also a graduate of the Institute for Public Administration, Ireland, the Irish Management Institute and the National College of Ireland.
Ruairi is a full-time faculty member of the Department of Management, College of Business at James Madison University. He lectures in Human Resource Management, Management and Organizational Behavior, and Interpersonal Skills at undergraduate and graduate levels.
Before relocating to the Shenandoah Valley, Ruairi worked for many years as the Human Resources Director at Mary Immaculate College, Limerick, a university college in Ireland. He currently serves on the Board of Ten Thousand Villages, Harrisonburg, where he volunteers on a regular basis. Ruairi is also a fully professional member of the Shenandoah Valley chapter of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is currently the Co-Faculty Advisor to the JMU SHRM Club. He is an assistant coach to the JMU men’s rugby teams and a proud supporter of the Munster Rugby team
