I started my career in higher education after ten years of business experience. I worked as quality manager for a Dutch home textile company in Poland, did projects for a Dutch insurance company and the Dutch Police as a business consultant, and was location manager in the semi-education industry. 2015 was when I joined the Institute for International Business Studies at the Hogeschool Utrecht, University of Applied Sciences. I’ve taught a wide variety of subjects, ranging from Business Process Management to Organizational Behavior & Culture, and from Finance to Market Entry Strategy. In addition, I’ve been study career coach and graduation supervisor for four years and I was member of the institute’s graduation committee for a few years. I was active as a design lead and member of the development team for the new curriculum that we started in September 2018. Since then, I’ve combined my teaching and coaching activities with my role of propaedeutic year coordinator and programme manager.
