Domingos Santos holds a degree in Environmental Engineering, a Master’s in Regional and Urban Planning, a Post-Graduation in European Studies and a PhD in Applied Environmental Sciences.

He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses focusing on innovation processes, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and competitive regional development.
