Domingos Santos holds a degree in Environmental Engineering, a Master’s in Regional and Urban Planning, a Post-Graduation in European Studies and a PhD in Applied Environmental Sciences.

Professor at IPCB with extensive teaching and research experience in areas related to innovation, entrepreneurship, competitiveness, strategy, and project management. He teaches undergraduate and postgraduate courses focusing on innovation processes, entrepreneurial ecosystems, and competitive regional development.
